• Through our established relationships with recognized commercial lenders our experienced staff are able to package your client's loan application giving them the best chance of obtaining an approval.

• CMB will package loan proposal and submit to lender within 24 hours of receipt of required information. An in principle decision is usually obtained from the lender within 48 hours of their receipt.

• We welcome business rom introducers on a shared fee basis

• No cross selling. You own the client.

CMB will help you with your enquiry and provide indicative interest rates, fees, LTV etc. We will then send you an application pack containing the application form and details of the information required or download the relevant forms from this website.

Step 2

Return completed application form and required information
CMB will package loan proposals and submit to the lender within 24 hours of receipt of required information. An in principle decision is usually obtained from the lender within 48 hours of their receipt of required information.

Step 3

Provide client's cheque for lender's valuation fee.

CMB arranges valuation. Lender's Offer Letter is prepared and sent to you.

Step 4

Return signed Offer Letter
CMB will do the rest and follow the deal through to completion. Upon completion the client's Introducer/CMB Completion Fee (which includes your commission) becomes payable.

When do you receive your
commission?
You will receive your commission within 24 hours of the completion fee cheque's clearance and same day if client pays with a solicitor's cheque.
